Recruitment completed successfully? Welcome to our IDEAL Team! Just the necessary formalities and we begin the process of implementation into the structures of our company’s operations. Recruitment
Our department consists of people who act with passion, commitment, outside the box thinking and people constantly looking for new challenges. A variety of personalities and skills that complement each other brilliantly. We are engaged in the acquisition and recruitment and selection of Employees. We constantly take care of providing competent employees tailored to the workstations offered by our Clients.
Accounting
Numbers and invoices are our everyday life, and the calculator is our right hand. We use our knowledge, skills and experience in the field of: the implementation of financial strategy and full accounting and tax services for companies of the IDEAL Group, supervision and control over the circulation of accounting documents, invoicing, monitoring and handling of payments, tax settlements and tax advice and financial control. We regularly participate in trainings to apply current tax and financial accounting knowledge in our daily work.
Management Board Office
We are a team for special tasks, and our responsibilities include: coordinating the work of the office (handling correspondence, sending courier parcels), organising meetings and events, acting as an intermediary in contacts with clients and maintaining cooperation with external entities, organising the office, supervising the circulation of company documentation, supporting the management in the day-to-day management of the company, supervising the schedule of meetings of superiors and the conference room, ensuring efficient and effective communication inside and outside the office, archiving and recording documentation, controlling expenses concerning orders, taking care of the decor of the office.
Operations Department
Our team is made up of people who are not afraid of new challenges, and if you can’t get something you can do! We are engaged in daily Client service in the field of current operational matters (staff order, increase/decrease order). In addition to all other special tasks, our daily mission is also: Onboarding and Offboarding of the Employee, ongoing service of Employees by Coordinators in Germany (organisation of work, accidents at work, medical visits, etc.), support of Coordinators by the Operations Team in Warsaw, provision of accommodation in own and rented accommodation, provision of transport and fleet service.
Client Relations and HR Development Department
Our Department was created to take care of relations with Clients and with Employees inside and outside the Organisation. We are therefore Masters of caring for relationships with people! We take care of partnerships and reliable cooperation with the Clients and sell our services. We direct a wide range of services to our Clients to be able to guarantee our Employees the best jobs. We recruit internal Employees and introduce them to the company through carefully planned onboarding, so that from the very first days they can adapt and feel good in a new place, while gaining the necessary knowledge and teaching the tools we use at work. It’s important to us! We know how this process affects the satisfaction of your work. In the same way, we also approach the onboarding of new Clients. We want to be partners for them and discover before them all that makes their work easier and more effective.
And what besides that? As part of the structure of our team, the Employee Service Team operates. In the Employee Service Team, we operate a helpline for Employees to process all requests on behalf of Employees.
HR and Payroll
We’re not afraid of paperwork. We even love it! Our team is made up of people with passion and love for their profession. What do we do on a daily basis? We deal with ongoing HR and payroll service to internal and external employees. More precisely: calculation and payment of salaries, notification and de-registration of employees from the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), contact with public institutions – ZUS, CSO, PFRON, Revenue Office, Bailiffs, maintenance of full personnel documentation (contracts, annexes, certificates of employment, etc.), preparation of reports, statements and reports required by law, and much more.
Marketing Department
Every day our team focuses its attention and activities on an increasing understanding of the needs of our Candidates, Contractors and Employees. We run advertising and promotional campaigns in the online world, mainly on social media. We also talk to Users — we respond to comments, messages, publish posts and take care of the company’s image. With us there is no boredom — we constantly invent new strategies, test further solutions and optimize our processes and activities.
Recruitment Support Department
As the name suggests, we deal with broadly understood support of recruiters so that our candidate is fully “taken care of” and prepared to leave for work. We search for the most advantageous trips for our Employees, making appointments for Candidates to see the occupational physician at a time and place most convenient for them. And in addition, we are involved in: liaising with carriers to reduce travel costs, liaising with occupational health clinics and contacting candidates directly to make job offers.
