IDEAL Group of Companies as the personal data controller

In order to ensure security of personal data processed by our companies which are related to each other in terms of capital, personnel and organisation, and in order to ensure high quality of our services, the IDEAL Group of Companies adopted the model of joint data controlling. Pursuant to an agreement concluded by and between the below mentioned entities, each of the companies, hereinafter referred to as the Joint Controller, has the same rights and duties regarding personal data processing.

What does it mean for you?

Security of your data

Your personal data will be processed according to the same principles by all Joint Controllers. The same Data Protection Policy applies to all the companies. We control your data on the basis of the above policy in accordance with the law, including in particular the provisions in the scope of personal data protection and security requirements.  We do not provide your data to anyone outside the IDEAL group of companies.

Claims

Each of the Joint Controllers shall bear joint and several liability for any infringements regarding data processing.  The data subject may file its claims to a selected Joint Controller who shall be obliged to redress the damage, even if it was caused by another Joint Controller. Therefore, the data subject shall be entitled to address its claims to any of the Joint Controllers – whereas the selected Joint Controller shall be liable towards the data subject for the entire damage caused to him/her as a result of infringement of the provisions on personal data protection.

Single point of contact

To facilitate contacts with regard to personal data processing, we appointed a joint Data Protection Inspector for all Joint Controllers: administrator.danych@idelgrupa.pl . By writing to the above e-mail address you can report any objections regarding your data processed by our companies, apply for access to the contents of the data and for its correction, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as object, request to stop processing your personal data and to withdraw your consent at any time.

Common purpose of data processing

The IDEAL group of companies processes your personal data in order to ensure efficient services for its Customers, including both natural and legal persons, by conducting the recruitment process starting from search for a relevant candidate for work or internship, through completion of the employment process, to its settlement. The process involves the employees of the companies indicated as Joint Controllers of the data. The below listed companies perform the following activities in the said process:
